VibeShift didn't start as an app. It started in rooms, nearly a decade of them, with one teacher guiding real people through a practice, one breath at a time.
Long before there was software, there was the work: an active, somatic, breath-driven practice Linton developed and taught in person and refined session after session, year after year, on real nervous systems including his own.
The teaching always ran ahead of the room it was in. A practice this physical, this daily, this cumulative doesn't fit neatly into a weekly class. It wants to live where your days actually happen. So Linton spent years carrying it toward the form it has now: an app that guides the full practice in his own voice, tracks the charge you're building honestly, and welcomes you back no matter how long you've been gone.
Every guided word in VibeShift is Linton's voice, not an AI reading a script. The pacing, the cues, the moments of quiet: this is what nearly a decade of watching real bodies move through the practice sounds like.
When you can shift your frequency high enough and hold it long enough, it becomes your normal state. And then it quietly changes every room you walk into, whether or not you're trying. Linton H. Gooden, founder
That single conviction, held with both hands and held honestly, is the whole company. The practice raises your state. The rhythm makes it a trait. The trait steadies your corner of the world. Where the proof ends and the wonder begins, we tell you plainly.
VibeShift launches on November 30, 2026, Linton's birthday, and three years to the month since his book, Raise Your Vibration, went out into the world. First the practice, taught in rooms. Then the book, carrying it to the page. Now the app, carrying it into your days. After nearly a decade of giving this work to rooms of people, he's spending his birthday giving it to everyone. A gift, in both directions.
VibeShift wasn't funded by a boardroom. It was carried to launch by its Founding Members, the people who believed early enough to put their names on it. Their names live in the app's credits, permanently. If you're one of them: thank you. You know what you did.
